We will deliver to your a next function using our fleet of delivery vehicles.   We are available 7 days a week (8:00am - 7:00pm) to answer questions about our services and/or rentals. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm any reservations.

Are you guys licensed & Insured?

Yes. We are licensed in Jacksonville FL. & insured with liability insurance. We cover our own negligence, not yours. In reserving a rental, you will be required to sign an agreement listing the terms and conditions of the rental. For large events we can place your organization on our policy as a rider.  We provide this service fee of charge for all our Community Partners or large organization upon request  BEWARE of Competitors that cut corners by advertising lower than normal prices and promises! Bounce-A-Roo Party Rentals has been in business since 2007 and a member of the Inflatable Industry Purchasing Group since 2007. The safety and cleanliness of all our commercial grade equipment is paramount at Bounce-A-Roo!  

Do you charge a delivery fee?

We provide set-up and pick-up FREE of charge to the Great Jacksonville, Orange Park, Fleming Island, and St. Augustine Areas. (some restrictions apply). If you live within 20 miles of our shop 4314 St Augustine Rd #3 Jacksonville Fl 32207 the price includes delivery. If you live outside of this delivery zone we charge $1.75per mile (ONE WAY ONLY!).  (20-29 miles Rate $1.75)  EXAMPLE: 29 miles equal $50.75 If your delivery is over 30 miles the cost per mile increases to $2 per mile (30-39 miles rate $2). 40-50miles Rate $2.50 (50miles MAX DISTANCE) (ONE WAY CHARGE).  We want you and your guests to enjoy the special day and not have to worry about working! Do you require a deposit?

Yes. We do require a $100 deposit using a Visa or MasterCard. This deposit is credited towards your total bill. Customer Pick-ups of equipment requires full payment prior to Pick-Up.  All payments and / or Deposits made prior to the delivery date are NON-REFUNDABLE.  

SPECIAL EVENTS - ANY special event that requires same day setup and same day pickup is subject to a mandatory $150 additional FEE.  This covers crew expenses for same day service(s).

Minimum of $150 for delivery.   Bounce-A-Roo FUN is a delivery ONLY rental company.

Large Events - 2 or more items require FULL PAYMENT (non-refundable)  

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON- REFUNDABLE.  IF you cancel for ANY reason you will receive a CREDIT that can be used for up to (1) Year.  Your invoice will be updated to reflect the cancellation and you will have (1) to use the deposit / full payment made at the time of the order.  ALL final payments made by customers via payment link prior to the event date delivery are Non-Refundable.  If customer needs to cancel or reschedule their event for any reason their payment will be held as a credit.

What types of payments do you require?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cash, Business Check, or cash.  If you are using another form of payment, please call and we can make arrangements.

Large Events - We require FULL PAYMENT (NON-REFUNDABLE)

ALL DEPOSITS OR Payments MADE ARE NON- REFUNDABLE.  IF you cancel for ANY reason you will receive a CREDIT that can be used for up to (1) Year.  Your invoice will be updated to reflect the cancellation and you will have (1) to use the deposit / full payment made at the time of the delivery.  Full payment will be charged 24 hours prior to delivery.  If customer cancels within the FULL PAYMENT time frame they will not recieve a refund, but they will receive a credit that can be used within the next 1 calender year.  We hold equipment for this customer and if they cancel it penalizes us from leasing out the equipment.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes. All military, police, fire, and non-profit groups are eligible for a 10% discount. You must show proof via an ID card to be eligible. Does Bounce-a-Roo offer specials?

How long can we keep the rental and who sets it up?

Your rental is good for the day(s) of the event. Normally our trained staff member will arrive at least 1 hour before your event begins. We guarantee 4 hours of rental time from the time your party begins unless the time the event is over is after sunset, in that case we will return before sunset or the next day to pick-up. Our rentals typically run ALL day.  If you need to make special arrangements just let us know. Customer pick-ups can be picked up the day prior to the event and returned the following day (call us for details). We want your next event to be catered to your needs. It normally takes our trained staff about 30-45 minutes to set-up and to pick-up an inflatable. We ask that you DO NOT deflate the inflatables prior to pick-up unless it is raining, winds are 15 mph or more. If you do deflate the rental for any of the reasons above you must make sure everyone is out of the inflatable. If a rental is staying overnight and we will pick up in the morning you may deflate the rental as long as everyone is out of the inflatable, but please re-inflate the rental at least 1 hour prior to pick up time.  Deliveries for Saturday Parties will be made on Friday prior or Saturday morning.  Pick-Ups will be made in the evening or the next day depending on each particular party and our schedule. All residential- weekend rentals must be kept in a secure backyard location. 

GENERATOR RENTALS -Generators are tested onsite prior to employees leaving job sites. If the generator stops working, please call YOUR DRIVER (Their name & number is placed on your delivery text) They will make attempts to replace the unit. If we cannot replace or we do not have any more units, and the generator has mechanical issues, we will access it and refund the generators rental amount only($150 value) 

 

**We will not return money for any inflatables or concessions rented due to the generators failing**

Daily Rental Rate per day will be applied to credit card on file if NOT returned on or before the date of return. BOUNCE HOUSE (customer/lessee Set-Up Procedures)

1. Must be staked down w/ sandbags and/or stakes provide at all times during use.

2  Must be placed on level ground away from tree limb, power lines, ect.

3. ADULT attendants must be present during use.

4. Remove debris from unit prior to rolling up (shoes, clothes, ect.)

5. Received GUIDE to proper set-up of bouncer and signed for it.

6.  Must be set up in a secure backyard  cannot be in a front yard  

7. ALL equipment must be returned on the date stated; If not returned OR we have to come pickup equipment you will be required to pay another FULL day delivery rental rate for that piece of equipment you have rented.  This rate continues per day until the equipment has been returned 

NO food, foreign objects, liquids, soaps, silly string, gum, face paint ect. on equipment

IF Inflatables come back to us with Silly Sting, Gum, Face Paint, Urine, Defication, Bodily Fluids, Blood 

There WILL BE A Minimum $75 /UP TO REPLACEMENT COST clean-up fee will be automatically charged to the Credit Card Filed 

How far in advance can I reserve an inflatable or equipiment?

You can reserve an inflatable and/or equipment anytime. You will need a credit card on file to hold items and a $50 deposit. If you want to reserve a particular item, we recommend that you reserve it in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate last minute requests. 

 What is Bounce-a-Roo's weather policy?

It is important for you to understand that inflatables can become slippery and dangerous if wet. This does not include wet slides. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure all children are removed while it is raining. All inflatables need to be deflated and blowers unplugged during lightning storms and/or winds in excess of 20mph.  Bounce-A-Roo reserves the right to cancel the delivery of any inflatable due to extreme weather conditions.

Weather Related Issues

Bounce-a-Roo Party Rentals, LLC reserves the right to cancel your rental if there is a 70% or higher chance of rain. If there is a 50% chance of rain we let the customer decide prior to delivery if they would like to reschedule. If we do not hear from the customer we will assume that they still want the equipment delivered. ONCE THE EQUIPMENT IS SET-UP, PAYMENT IS REQUIRED & NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE. If you have any questions regarding our weather policy, please call (904) 424-1500. Customer Pick-ups of equipment requires full payment prior to Pick-Up.  

What if I want to reschedule or cancel my reservation?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to reschedule or cancel your reservation.   If you book ANY item within the week of the your upcoming event we require FULL PAYMENT and this transaction is NON-Refundable. You can reschedule your event to another date and keep your transaction amount.  If there is ANY unforeseen damaged (UNUSABLE EQUIPMENT) to our equipment, Bounce-A-Roo will immediately assess the damage via the on call manager.  We will discuss with the customer to determine if they would like to receive a refund OR to have an equipment replacement.  If the customer chooses to have the equipment replaced and we replace within a timely manner, prior to the start of the customers designated party date or time there will NOT BE any refunds made.  It is the discretion of the ON CALL SUPERVISOR to provide the customer with further discounts or credits if the issue(s) effect times and dates of the customers current party.  

Are your inflatables safe and clean?

Yes. At Bounce-a-Roo Party Rentals, LLC all our equipment is commercial grade. Our inflatables are made in the USA and constructed with safety in mind. Each inflatable is made with commercial grade vinyl with double stitching. All our inflatables meet the ATSM rental industry standard. Our inflatables are equipped with a non-removable list of rules and child-safe ramps or steps for easy entry/exit. We provide additional guidelines for use of equipment.All of our inflatables and equipment are cleaned weekly with environmentally friendly cleaning supplies. If there is ANY unforeseen damaged (UNUSABLE EQUIPMENT) to our equipment, Bounce-A-Roo will immediately assess the damage via the on call manager.  We will discuss with the customer to determine if they would like to receive a refund OR to have an equipment replacement.  If the customer chooses to have the equipment replaced and we replace within a timely manner, prior to the start of the customers designated party date or time there will NOT BE any refunds made.  It is the discretion of the ON CALL SUPERVISOR to provide the customer with further discounts or credits if the issue(s) effect times and dates of the customers current party.

What type of surface can we place bouncers on?

Inflatable Hoppers, Slides, Games, and Obstacles can be placed inside or outside. Surfaces include: grass, asphalt, and concrete. It is important that all inflatables be placed on a level ground and free of over-hanging tree limbs and power lines. If placed inside, inflatables need to be clear of lights and/or ceiling fans. We CAN NOT place inflatables on top of dirt, mulch, or rocks. The location needs to be easily accessible for delivery and pick-up. Each inflatable is anchored by sand bags or stacks. We will need to know the location of your event when you make your reservation.

How much space is needed to accommodate an inflatable?

Generally, a 20ft X 20ft area is sufficient for Roo's Hoppers. If you are unsure please call (904) 424-1500 and we will come to the location of your next event to take measurements. The dimensions of each of our inflatables are provided on the website. Larger inflatables and slides will need more space.  Inflatable delivery MUST be accessable and clear of debris.  If the delivery team has to move items or the delivery / pickup location is difficult the customer will be resposible for a minimum of $75.00 charge.   YOU CAN NOT move inflatables once they have been delivered.  A minimum of $75.00 charge will be charged to the customer credit card if moved after the delivery team setup.

Do I need an attendant? 

If you have more than 25 individuals participating in any one inflatable. This occurs for very large parties, church functions, school functions, etc... We provide trained attendants with an additional cost. Call (904) 424-1500 for more information. 

Major Holidays (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day) 

All payment must paid in FULL and in advance of the Event Date.  There is NO REFUNDS/ Rescheduling of dates on parties that occur on these above holidays!  The only way we will reschedule your party is if we have to cancel due to poor weather.

**Make sure you have at least one three pronged heavy duty extension cord for your rental items.  If you need more than one we will advise you.  We are no longer able to provide extension cords for events.
